By the use of this website, we understand that the user accepts each and every one of the following general conditions.

Te user declares being of age (at least 18 years old) and owning the necessary legal capacity to acquire the services here offered. On the opposite, Pyrenair denies any responsibility, being the mother, father or legal tutors the responsible for any charges these actions could cause.

CONTRACTING PRODUCTS ON PYRENAIR’S WEBSITE

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Purchasing and paying our products with credit card on this website, means accepting the purchasing conditions shown on this document, and authorising the payment charge to your credit card.

GENERAL CONDITIONS ACCEPTED BY THE CUSTOMER
1. The sky pack price includes the round trip flight, the transfer from airport to sky resort the arriving day and return the leaving day, and the Forfait for the contracted sky resort.
2. Pyrenair won’t be responsible if, on the predicted date, it is not possible to offer the service due to mayor force reasons (riots, strike, management lockout, civil disturbances, war imminence, terrorist actions, civil war, Government acts including Civil Aviation Authorities, flood, fog, fire, frost, storms, epidemic, quarantine, airplane accident or any other similar cause out of Pyrenair’s control.
3. The customer must provide Pyrenair with NAME AND SURNAME, FLYING WITH OWN SKY EQUIPMENT OR NOT, and PLACE WHERE YOU ARE STAYING OR YOU WISH TO BE TAKEN TO (THIS ONE IN CASE OF SNOW PACK)
4. Passengers must check in two hours before the flight takes off. In case the client doesn’t show on time, Pyrenair won’t refund the flight e-ticket or the rest of the booked package.
5. Pyrenair is allowed to subcontract any of the duties and obligations taken on, shown on this document.
6. On the international flights, the Varsovia Agreement or its modified version in the Haya Protocol (depending on the particular case) will be applied; especially when it comes to responsibility and its limitations. If the flights are national and inside Spanish territory, Spanish legislation will be applied.
On any case, and due to the progressive application of the European Community Legislation on this matter, this one will prevail, once these regulations are accepted and put on force by the Spanish Civil Aviation Management. Pyrenair and the client commit to respect the legal legislation.
7. It is Pyrenair’s responsibility to organize and provide the trip and the services shown on the contract, so that in case of non fulfilment, Pyrenair will be responsible for the consequences.

In case of alteraciones in the contract conditions, the client will be informed soon as possible. In this situation, the client can choose to accept the new conditions or deny the offer. In case of refusal, Pyrenair will refund the affected customer for any quantity paid for the services, without any compensation.

RIGHTS, DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS
A. SEATING:
Seating will be done by the Handling agents on the check-in, in the Airport.

B. EXCESS LUGGAGE AND MAXIMUN LUGGAGE ADMITED:
Except if shown on any special attachment to this document, every passenger is allowed to transport 20 kg maximum luggage weight. Any excess on luggage or special items will be transported due to the availability on weight and space on the luggage compartment, and always under owner’s responsibility.

C. SKI EQUIPMENT:
It is allowed to transport ski equipment, but it is compulsory to communicate this matter to Pyrenair in the moment you place the booking.
Due to luggage compartment capacity, the number of ski equipments allowed for transport could be limited.
Pyrenair commits to watch over the ski equipments that could not be taken onboard, and will provide the customer with top of the range ski equipment once the plane arrives to Huesca Pyrenees Airport or the Ski Resort chosen by the client on the booking.
Ski equipment must be checked-in properly packed and with the correspondent case or cover on, avoiding the material to suffer any damage.
Ski boots must be taken onboard as hand luggage.
Each and every passenger will make sure their equipment doesn’t include any prohibited object and will obey the requisites established in the European Union for liquids transport onboard.
Neither Pyrenair, nor the air transport company will accept any responsibility for any items or objects retired from the passenger’s luggage on the airports’ security checkpoints.

D. PREGNANT WOMEN:
In case of pregnant women it is not compulsory to show any medical certificate to board on the plane. These women must fullfil an evidence document that will be provided by the company itself during the chek-in.
Anyway, alter 32 weeks of pregnancy; this can be dangerous for the women’s and foetus health.

F. MINORS NOT ACCOMPANIED:
In case of minors not accompanied onboard, it is compulsory to fullfil an evidence document before boarding that will be provided by the company itself during the check-in. The children fly free from 0 to 1.99 years. From 2 years to 11.99, they do have 15% discount, and from 12 years onwards, they do pay complete e-ticket.

G .CHECK-IN TIME:
Passengers must show on the check-in 120 minutes before the flight departs.

H. PYRENAIR’S H24 SERVICE:
Pyrenair’s customer service will be available H24 on the telephone number +34 974 28 05 88.

I. LUGGAGE LOSS OR DAMAGE:
Damage or loss of luggage must be notified by the client, on the moment they are detected, to the Handling agent in order to take the required and necessary steps.

ARRIVAL TO HUESCA PYRENEES AIRPORT
Pyrenair staff will be waiting for the passengers who booked a sky snow pack in the Terminall.
Forfaits: Will be delivered to the customer onboard or on the Terminal once the plane has landed.
Transfer to the sky resort: This transfer will take customers from the Airport Terminal to the sky resort after the landing, and will take customers from the sky resort to the Airport Terminal the leaving day. Pyrenair staff will accompany customers to the correspondent transfer.
Daily transfers from the Hotel to the Sky Resort are not included.
